Terms & Conditions

When you order products at Pico Copenhagen you automatically accept our trade conditions below, therefore we recommend that you read our trade conditions before ordering with us.

Personal Data: When you check out from your cart to finalize your order, we will require your information to be able to fulfill your order. It is possible to create a customer account with us, to allow you insight in to your order at any time. However this is not a requirement. 

We will collect and handle your personal data with care and in compliance with the GDPR.

Payments: You can pay by: Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Euro/Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron and American Express. All of our prices are in DKK and includes 25% VAT.

Delivery Terms: We strive to ship orders within 2-3 working days, however in busy December periods it could take a little longer.

As soon as we have received and approved your order and payment, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.    

We behold the right to cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and refund for the payment that you made.

We will usually refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

All purchases are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 45,00 to cover the delivery costs. International purchases are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 150,00. We unfortunately do not offer shipping outside of the EU at this moment.

Exchange & Return: Pico provides a 14 days return policy, counting from the day of delivery. The products need to be returned in the original (protective) packaging, unworn and in the same condition as received. Gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

The return address is Pico, Bredgade 73, 1260 Copenhagen K, Denmark. We can not accept returns other then those that arrive at this address. i.e. we do not use pick up / drop off points. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchanged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Do you wish to exchange your product to another size/color, you need to fill out the ‘return’ form and then return the product to Pico Copenhagen. Note that you will be charged shipping costs, if you wish to exchange the product to another product.  

Please remember to save your postal receipt regarding missing parcel or the 14 days right of return. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of higher value. We are not responsible for any items that might get lost in the mail.  

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

If the return is accepted and approved, your refund will be processed in agreement with The Danish Consumer Protection Act § 21 stk. 3 and 4. We will usually refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product. Please consider processing time, it may take up to a few days before the refund is back on your account.  

Warranty: All the products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act rules about 24 months warranty. We cannot provide warranty on sequins, stones and beads.

This limited warranty applies to physical products purchased at Pico Copenhagen. The warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During this warranty period, Pico Copenhagen will repair or replace products or parts of a product that proves defective due to improper material or workmanship, under normal care and maintenance.

After delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to repair, replace or refund you for the product.

As This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions or damage not resulting from defects in workmanship. If the product has been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, carelessness, damage or abnormal conditions; or damage caused by an incorrect attempt at modification or repair.

We shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses as a result.

If you are in doubt, please don’t hesitate to contact us before shipping the item to us.
