Christmas gifts purchased in November:
We offer to exchange your gift in our physical stores to other item(s) or a voucher for our physical stores until January 31st 2025. We can't offer returns or exchanges through the webshop for christmas gifts bought in november (orders placed after 25/11-24 excluded). Returns of Christmas gifts purchased at the webshop can only be returned directly to the webshop and not in our stores. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Christmas gift purchased in December:
Gifts can be returned until Friday 10th January 2025 directly to the webshops address.
We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

It's not possible to make a return in our physical stores, but we can offer to exchange your gift to another item(s) or a store voucher in our physical stores.
