Christmas gifts purchased between November 28th and December 1st:

Online orders can be returned within 14 days after delivery. Youre welcome to exchange your gift to something else or a store voucher in our physical stores until January 31st 2026.
Returns of Christmas gifts purchased through the webshop can only be made directly to the webshop and not in our stores. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Christmas gift purchased between December 1st and December 24th:

Gifts can be returned until January 10th 2026 directly to the webshop’s return address.
We will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

It’s not possible to make a return in our physical stores, but you are welcome to exchange your gift for another item or a store voucher in our physical stores until January 31st 2026.
