Shipping policy

-- Delivery Terms: We strive to ship orders within 1-3 working days, however in busy December periods it could take a little longer.

As soon as we have received and approved your order and payment, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package.
We behold the right to cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. If this is the case, we will notify you and refund for the payment that you made.
We will refund using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

All purchases are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 29,00 to DKK 49,00 cover the delivery costs. International purchases are ascribed a delivery fee of DKK 125,00 to 400,00.
